Please do not send sensitive health information by email unless you need to. If you do share it, I will treat it as confidential.
This website is built and hosted on the Freedom Business Platform. When you visit, the platform sets a small cookie and stores a session identifier in your browser, and records basic visit information such as pages viewed, in order to run the site and see how many people visit. This is not used for advertising, and I do not use it to identify you personally.
The site also loads a font (Karla) from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to download it and Google may receive your IP address. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then work less smoothly.
I do not sell your information or use it for advertising. I never share your session notes with anyone. The only others who handle your information are the services I use to run my business: Calendly (bookings), PayPal (payments), Google (email) and my website host. I may also disclose information where I am required to by law.
Enquiries that do not lead to sessions are deleted within a reasonable time. Handwritten session notes are kept only as long as needed for the service and any legal or insurance requirements, then securely destroyed. Payment and booking records are kept for as long as accounting and legal requirements need.
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how I use it. Email me at [email protected] and I will respond promptly.
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner at jerseyoic.org.
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
